Gentle Aquamotion (Winter Only)

A blend of gentle aerobics with a focus on strengthening all the joints of the body using resistance training and physical therapy exercises. Stretching and flexibility will be the final component to help get a more functional body. Great for pre- and post-surgery, major diseases that require simple movements, and beginning exercisers wanting to get started more slowly.

A pool aerobic class including steady state aerobics, circuit training, high intensity interval to challenge the cardiovascular system. We include resistance training with lots of fun toys to keep things fun and interesting. For everyone because you choose your own level.
