This is a pool aerobic class with multiple workout styles including steady state aerobics, circuit training, high intensity interval to challenge the cardiovascular system. We include resistance training with lots of different toys to keep things fun and interesting. Perfect for everyone because you choose your own level. *To pay online, choose your first date of class to purchase a $50 punch card for 12 classes or pay $5 per class in person.
