Service Description

Small group class is designed for people with Arthritis. Heated pool will help provide relief for inflamed joints. The focus of this class is on improving mobility skills, range of motion, strength, and endurance. Instructors are certified by AEA Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program. Class includes pre/post assessment, support team, and great workouts to help you move and feel better.
